Elizabeth Mosher is a board Certified Nutrition Specialist® certificant and she has been coaching clients privately at Complete Nutrition and Wellness in Hoboken, NJ since 2012. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana and a Master’s of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and gradulated summa cum laude in 2010. She has 7 years experience working as a community nutritionist for Blythedale Children’s Hospital’s Eat Well Be Well Nutritional Outreach Program in Valhalla, NY. Elizabeth is a licensed dietician nutritionist in the state of Florida.
Beth is a science based integrative and functional nutritionist who specializes in personalized nutrition protocols to address the root causes of health issues and symptoms. She strongly believes in the incredible ability of the human body to heal if it is given the opportunity to do so! She helps her clients create personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocols that set the metabolic environment for health optimization. She uses an individualized approach to address symptoms by focusing on areas such as respect of the mind body connection, digestivie issues, microbiome, inflammatory triggers, nutrient imbalances or excesses, inflammatory triggers, autoimmunity, genetics, toxic exposures, detoxification abilities that appropriately fit each person’s unique situation to help create balance and optimization! Beth will then customize a program based on your individual biochemistry while taking into account your lifestyle, specific goals and desire for change.
Lisa Hansen, Nutrition Assistant and Office Manager Extraordaire
Lisa has worked in the nutrition and wellness industry with Elizabeth for well over 13 years and was also a part of the Complete Nutrition and Wellness family in Hoboken, NJ. She’s an amazing Office Manager and Beth is ecstatic that she has decided to join her and work beside her at Mind Body Balance Nutrition! Lisa loves helping people along their health journey and provides guidance and support to clients as they are searching to find the help that they need. Over the years she has earned her certification in Holistic Nutrition with a focus on Whole Food, Plant-Based Nutrition.
Lisa is very interested in exploring natural remedies and plants as medicine and is accomplisted in yoga, pilates and breath work which she uses to support her own health daily.
Lisa and Beth are working together in classes and group presentations for Mind Body Balance Nutrition.
Lisa is also a very accomplished and talented artist and sculptor. Beth and Lisa are hoping to combine talents and use their art and nutrition expertise to develop a program specifically for children.
